Ergonomic Assessments

An Ergonomic analysis involves a detailed evaluation of the physical, cognitive, environmental and psychosocial factors of a job. We advocate a participative ergonomics model, which involves all stakeholders in the problem solving process. This creates ownership and acceptance of both problems and solutions, increases the drive for interventions to succeed, and instils a problem solving mentality amongst workers for the mutual benefit of workers and employer.

This assessment may be done in the office or out and will make consideration and recommendations in order to reduce fatigue which may be associated with posture or repetitive or static load exertions.

A comprehensive written report is provided to all stakeholders and will include all recommendations, photos for graphical representation of tasks and preventative strategies and advice to minimise the risk of aggravation as well as potential work injuries.
